All Products:

• All returns must occur within 30 days of original purchase date (except for YogaToes ®)
• Exchanges must occur within 30 days of original purchase date.
• Used, altered, or damaged products are non-refundable.
• Gift wrap and Personal Care Products are non-refundable (Aloe Breeze, Foot Creams and Scrubs, etc)
• Clearance Items (items ending in .97) All sales are final, no returns or exchanges allowed, no warranties apply.

Please insure your package. YogaPro is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring prior to confirmed delivery at our facility. Returns sent to any other address will be returned to sender. You must include the completed return form that came with your order to receive your credit. Please allow 10-14 business days from our receipt of your return for the credit to be processed

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receipt.
• A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied to wholesale orders, and unauthorized returns.
• International customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with product Returns, Replacements and Exchanges.
