Questions About YogaToes:

 

Can I wear YogaToes® in shoes?

No, YogaToes® are to be worn barefoot.

 

When should I wear the YogaToes®?

Anytime you aren't wearing shoes. Relaxing, bathing, in the hot tub, in the sauna, in bed, even on an airplane!

 

Can I walk with YogaToes® on?

We don't recommend it for safety reasons.

 

How long should I use YogaToes®?

We recommend up to an hour a day on average. Some people prefer to use them shorter or longer periods. Many folks sleep with their YogaToes® on.

 

I feel discomfort when I wear YogaToes®. Is this normal?

If you feel discomfort, take the YogaToes off and try again tomorrow. Your feet have spent years cramped inside of shoes so be patient. Treat feet with care and allow time to adjust to their new routine. Remember, you have a full 30 days to try them, so take your time, relax and ENJOY.

 

What size should I buy?

*Original YogaToes come in three sizes: XS, S and M.

*YogaToes Sport are available in S and M only.

*YogaToes Gems are ONE SIZE.

Generally, women wear a size SMALL and men a size MEDIUM. Please refer to the below sizing chart for other sizes:

What problems do YogaToes® fix?

In no way can we guarantee any particular results. The main purpose and design of YogaToes® is to help stretch and condition your feet so that they are stronger and more resilient from foot deformities. That said, we have countless testimonials attesting to how good YogaToes® make feet feel in general. Many people also find particular foot problems are helped or fixed thanks to YogaToes®, including (but not limited to): bunions, bunionettes, claw toes, hammer toes, mallet toes, crossed toes, Plantar Fasciitis, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), heel spurs ... It's a long list.

 

 

 

Questions About Shipping:

 

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

YogaPro.com offers the following domestic choices:

USPS

  • First Class (4 - 6 business days)
  • Priority (2 - 3 business days)

UPS

  • Ground (2 - 5 business days)

 

All domestic options should be delivered within 7 business days (not including fullfilment period). First Class is by far the cheapest, but is not available on all orders depending on location and size of order.

 

Do you ship to Canada/Internationally?

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world. The following USPS (US Postal Service) choices are available for international addresses:

USPS

 

All international packages leave our Fulfillment Center in Dexter, Michigan by USPS. Once they arrive at destination country however, they are transferred to local postal service (Australia Post, Canada Post, etc.) for final delivery. Please direct all shipping inqueries to your local postal authorities.

 

***International shipments may be subject to Custom and Duty Fees. YogaPro is NOT accountable for any additional charges for final delivery. Please visit USPS.com for more details***

 

 

My shipment is taking a long time. What do I do?

YogaPro does its utmost to offer affordable, yet expedient shipping. Once we fulfill and pass shipments onto providers however, it is somewhat out of our hands.

All shipments come with tracking numbers in a follow-up email. Please verify your shipment hasn't been delivered already, or at least attempted. It may potentially be waiting at your local post office or UPS shipping center. 

For domestic USPS orders that haven't arrived within 7 business days, please visit the USPS customer service page regarding lost shipments and/or to file a complaint. 

For international postal (USPS) orders that haven't arrived within 21 business days, please use tracking number to verify shipment has arrived to your country. Once that's been verified, you may submit an international claim at USPS.

Questions About Returns/Lifetime Warranty:

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 Days of purchase date. You must obtain a RMA# from us and send the items to our Fulfillment Center along with a Return Form. For more information, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policies page.

 

How does the Lifetime Warranty work?

We know the craftsmanship that goes into YogaToes® and YogaHands®. Both products are made in the U.S.A. of high quality material. If, through normal wear, our product rips completely (e.g. not just a slight crack) or breaks in some other manner, we will gladly replace the item. Cosmetic blemishes from normal use are not valid for Lifetime Warrantly claims. We know our product lasts as it has been tested in controlled environments, but things happen and we oblige legitimate claims. Submit your Lifetime Warranty Claim online.

 

Questions About Coupon Codes and Sales:

 

I have a coupon code, how do I use it?

Coupon codes can be applied during the 'Order Confirmation' section of your secure checkout. Simply type the code in and press 'Apply'. Coupon codes may be phoned in as well. Just be sure to mention it to your Sales Rep.

Please remember that coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively, and may not apply to YogaToes Gift or Combo Sets. Coupons cannot be combined or used in conjunction with Promotional Offers, Sales or Clearance Items. Coupon codes must be found, our staff cannot provide them to you.
