How to Keep Your Yoga Mats Fresh & Clean:

• have a regular cleaning schedule
• make sure your hands and feet are clean
• to avoid foot infection, don't share your yoga mat

Create Your Mat cleaning Spray:

1. use a spray bottle
2. add 2 cups of water
3. add 4 drops mild soap
4. add 1 teaspoon baking soda
5. mix thoroughly
