Neti Pot Insructions:

1. fill the nasal pot just below its lip with warm water
2. add about 1/2 teaspoon of French Atlantic Sea Salt
3. stir until it is thoroughly dissolved
4. bend over the sink
5. tilt your head to the side
6. gently insert spout into your top nostril
7. relax & breathe through your mouth
8. slowly tip your head downward, allowing the warm water to travel through your sinuses
9. water should flow through your upper nostril & out the lower nostril
10. use half the water
11. reverse the tilt of you head
12. repeat process on the other side

If You Are Particularly Congested:

• water may not actually flow thorough and out the other nostril
• if this occurs, take in as much water as you can, and blow your nose
• repeat again in 30 minutes
• blow gently, your membranes are sensitive
