Returns


  • All items eligible for return or exchange must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Gift sets must be returned complete.
     
  • YogaToes®carry a lifetime replacement guarantee.
     
  • All clearance sales (price ending in .97) are final. No returns or exchanges allowed. No refunds. No warranties apply.
     
  • Used, altered, or damaged products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     
  • Gift wrapping and personal care products (foot cream, scrub, spray etc) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     
  • To receive a refund for a Gift Set, ALL ITEMS must be returned. Partial returns of gift sets will not qualify for any refund. We do not issue partial refunds.
     
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. All customers, (including international customers) are responsible for all shipping charges associated with product returns, replacements and exchanges.
     
  • Please insure your return package. YogaPro cannot be responsible for packages lost in-transit.
     
  • Please call 877-964-2776 or 734-426-8400 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST), or email info@yogapro.com to obtain this RMA number. We are unable to process returns without a return authorization number (RMA). Please be prepared to provide your order/invoice number and the item(s) you are planning to return.

  • Please insure your package. YogaPro is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring prior to confirmed delivery at our facility.
  • Allow 10-14 business days from our receipt of your return for your credit to be processed.
  • Please allow 5 business days from our receipt of your return to process your exchange.
