- Used, altered, or damaged products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gift wrapping and personal care products (foot cream, scrub, spray etc) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- To receive a refund for a Gift Set, ALL ITEMS must be returned. Partial returns of gift sets will not qualify for any refund. We do not issue partial refunds.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. All customers, (including international customers) are responsible for all shipping charges associated with product returns, replacements and exchanges.
- Please insure your return package. YogaPro cannot be responsible for packages lost in-transit.

We are unable to process returns without a return authorization number (RMA). Please be prepared to provide your order/invoice number and the item(s) you are planning to return.
