All returns and exchanges require you to get a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) beforehand. The easiest way is to request one online HERE. Otherwise, please call 877-964-2776. Have your Order Number ready.
Once you've obtained your RMA#, simply do the following:
1. Include the following Returns and Exchanges Form in your shipment. There's a space to write your RMA# on it.
2. Ship eligible items to this address:

3. Please allow 10-14 business days for your payment method to be refunded upon our receiving your return. Allow 5 business days in the case of exchanges.
*** NOTES ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES ***
- We will not process any returns/exchanges that don't have a corresponding RMA#.
- All eligible items to be returned or exchanged must arrive at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of date of purchase. Items not eligible for return: Premium Sets and personal care products (Purifying Spray, salve, etc.).
- Altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If you believe your original shipment to you was lost, please contact us within 30 days of ordering (this applies to both domestic and international shipments).
- All customers (including international ones) are responsible for shipping charges associated with product returns and exchanges. Many people choose to use First Class mail as that is the most economical. However, YogaPro cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. You will want to insure your package back to us.
- You are shipping to a P.O. Box. Thus, you may only use USPS (or your country's postal service). We do not make exceptions for UPS, FedEx or DHL.
- Amazon shoppers must initiate a return or exchange within their own Amazon.com account.
